Help the Gas is stuck & wont come out!

 Had surgery on the 9th...was the walking queen in the hospital now I'm home and still dealing with gas pain...walked in and around the house, then walked outside in the rain & now im back inside pacing from room to room and going up and down 1 flight of stairs...any tips or tricks to speed this along?

Gas x strips are now my best friend! Try them and see if they help. Hope you feel better soon!!

 Thanks will try...I'm just sitting now being patient...i think the hubby will pick sum up fr me from the pharmacy

my hubby massaged my shoulders and it seemed to help a lot. 

Gas X strips it takes 3 to make a dent in mine!
