Hi I went too see my doctor yesterday! I'm so thankful. I went from 300 to 219. Well my doc wants me too lose 60 more pounds which will make me 160. Whew! Need a gym. And q little encouragment.

You have done a fabulous job! If you were climbing a mountain, you would definitely be on the downhill trek toward the you of your dreams. Way to go!!

Just go for it. It doesn't have to be at the same pace as the first 60. 

Exercise is a very good thing.
