I'l trying to get off the last 35 lbs.  So I'm wanting a new way to journal.  How do you all do it?
Did you purchase a journal?  If so where and what is it called?

I think I need to journal my ecercise also.  I have not done this before.

I would love if you all could share how you journal and what you use...

I do it two ways.  myfitnesspal.com is the first method.  I also have a journal specifically for tracking diet.  Bought it at Amazon and it was shipped to the house for under ten bucks.  I have been doing both for a month, and at this point I can say I prefer the online option.  I thought that the journal would be easier to jot down whenever I ate, but I am rarely far from a computer so the digital thing is easier.  The site looks up your food and calculates everything.   I still fill in the paper and pencil planner so that I can take it to NUT appointments if needed.  It is also kinda cool to see a month worth of pages filled out- never made it that far before :)

I also use myfitnesspal.com. I log food, liquids and exercise faithfully every day. You can do it on line or if you have a smartphone or tablet there's an app for that.

The advantage of an electronic journal is that you can also use it to plan your eating. I've already entered tomorrow's planned eating into the journal to see my protein, carbs and calories. I can adjust ahead of time if they're too low. I can also change it on the fly if things don't work out like I planned, but in general planning ahead keeps me focused on eating right.
