Back from my PCP

My doctor is completely on board with my decision to be sleeved, and she didn't even raise a concern when I told her that I plan to go to Mexico for the procedure.  She did have lots of questions, but she seemed pretty satisfied by my answers that I have researched this and have a reasonable amount of knowledge on the subject to make that decision.  She also said that she agrees that I have struggled with my weight long enough, and that she knows that I have been trying for years to get the weight off for good.  So she and I are in agreement.

I also told her that I didn't want to be on insulin yet, even though I know my A1C will be higher than she would like, and she said that if it comes back higher than a 7, she will prescribe medication to go along with my metformin.

So glad I got that over with.  I hate going to visit doctors.
