Grab and go protein snacks???
Help me plz.
I need high-protein foods that I could easily just grab and leave the house...Or at least store in little baggies and then grab and leave.
I know I can have
Cheese sticks
beef jerky
deli slices
and that's all I can think of lol.
any ideas?
I am not fond of protein bars and besides that they're expensive when you need stuff 5x a week at least 2x perday.

I find Soy Crisps really handy when I'm out and about and there's no protein in sight. Each costs around $1.25 or so and has 9 gr of protein.

if you don't want to spend money on bars, perhaps you can make cheese crackers (melting cheese on microwave until crispy) so you always have it on the go?
peanuts are a good option if you watch the calories. also, individual peanut butter on the go snacks. I also like having cashews etc although their protein content is not great
yogurt
boiled eggs
I also don't love the protein bars but it's good to have them handy... perhaps if you get bars at amazon it will be cheaper? I find these Think Thin ones the most (soft) VSG friendly ones I had so far:

Grab and go. I'm all about that. So here's my go to items.
Hard Boiled Egg
Chobani Non Fat Yogurt (Black Cherry and Peach are my favs)
Muscle Milk Light (I get them in a 4 pack from Walmart for about $6 per pack)
Almonds
A rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, cut in to small portions.
Hope this helps.
