Belly noises!

Sometimes I get the weirdest noises from my belly!  If I were in public, it would really be distracting and embarassing in meeting!  It's not painful, just LOUD! What has been your experience? Is it acid reflux? It doesn't feel like reflux, or at least what I have experienced from time to time.  I'm 8 months out from VSG, and feel great, no complications otherwise.

I have heard that the noises never go away..

I'M ONLY A FEW DAYS OUT AND BOY THE NOISES AND TURNS MY NEW STOMACHE IS MAKING IS WEIRD. LOL! MY SURGEON SAID THAT IT'S ACID IN OUR STOMACHES AND OUR NEW STOMACHES ARE MUCH MORE SENSITIVE NOW. HE SAID IT TAKES A YEAR FOR YOUR BODY TO HEAL FROM THE SLEEVE AND RNY.

 Mine seems to be a talker too. I wonder if its because dense proteins take longer to break down through the intestinal process, than other foods. I always make gurgle sounds while eating too. I believe that is just air pockets along with some acid reflux. Can sometimes be heard across the room if it is quiet.

I'm 15 months out and it still talks loudly sometimes!

I will be 2 yrs postop in April..and I still have the noises.  It is not acid reflux, I've never had any issues with that. The noises drive me crazy..lol
