Are you on a computer or smartphone?

On a computer, scroll down the page you add your food on. There's an empty glass. Click the up arrow and it adds a glass (8 oz) of water. I hate that it doesn't do it in ounces but it works well enough.

If you're on a smartphone, again go to the screen where you add foods and click "Add". Scroll down below your meals and below "Cardiovascular" and "Strength" and click "Water". Add you water there. Again, it will then show on the bottom of the page with your foods.

WOW London, 104 pounds lost!!! You are my hero.  I am so happy for you.  Cant wait to see pics.  I am just starting to feel better.  I have had difficulty eating protein and still have to supplement quite a bit.  I should be on regular food by now, but they are keeping me on soft foods only.  Seems my esophagus doesn't want to comply with food protein as well.  I am chewing like crazy, but I only seem to get 1 oz. of fish in etc at a meal, nothing else.  Take care and thanks for keeping in touch.  Great job!!!!!
