9 days out and still a lump in my throat???

so i am 9 days post op and since day 1 i have had a pressure kind of feeling in my throat when i lay down...as soon as i sit up, it goes away i know it is not reflux , because i know that feeling all too well...what is it, it feels as if someone is pushing down on my trachea...When i was at the docs on friday, they said during surgery you have 4 tubes down your throat ( og tube, endotracheal tube,dilator, and also a endoscope)....hmmm maybe this could be the culprit...swelling? anyone else have this and how long till it goes away? thanks in advance....

i had weird pains up around my neck for a few weeks and found out it was gas!  who'd of thunk it?

It could just be sore throat. My throat felt strange for about a week or so. At first, it was incredibly sore but then it just had an annoying ache sensation. I hope you get it figured out.

I had that lump too! gas ex strips took it away.
