1 month till VSG and a huge SV

My surgery is scheduled for May 7th and for the last three mo.the I've been doing prep work to get ready. Cutting back on my carbs and increasing my protein intake. Here less than a month out till V day I have reached two major milestones. For the first time in over a decade I'm now no longer in the 400s, this morning I weighed and am 398 so I've lost 52lbs before V day and still have weeks to go. YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
