Hello I am looking for help in getting my VSG paid through my insurance but I'm having trouble in getting it approved. I have united healthcare.  I was wondering how you went by getting it and threw what insurance company you went threw? They told me there is a certain CPT code for it. Just wondering if you could guide me in the correct path. Any help is welcomed..THANK YOU
