VSG on 04/30/12

My surgery is tomorrow. Any suggestions on what basics to bring. Hospital just said to bring my meds? Thanks for any info.

I took:

My laptop and charger
Cell phone charger
Toiletries
Comfy pajamas (I was there 3 nights)
CPAP (didn't use it, but was required to bring it, since I have sleep apnea)
Lotion and lip balm

Highest weight: 277 Starting Weight: 250 Surgery Weight: 241 Current Weight: 130

Goal Reached in 10.5 months :)

Good luck with your surgery! My list was the same as moonglo's. I added slippers and a robe for all of that walking. I also brought shampoo and conditioner samples for my first shower.

Good Luck tomorrow :) defiantly want the lip balm and cell phone charger. I'd take your own pillow if they let you.

My surgery is Wed May 2nd. i plan on taking everything that was already listed. Even my own pillow...Good Luck
