AND I WILL BE SLEEVED..... oh my... oh my..... WOOOOOHOOOOO

So its after midnight here.. SO technically its Sunday... And my surgery is on MONDAY

I have to do clear liquids today.... Can someone help me with what all clear liquids are..
(do they have to be clear) or can they have color lol (like Jello) Or chicken broth??

month 1 to 2 i lost 9.6 pounds
month 2 to 3 i lost 7 pounds
month 3 to 4 i lost 6.2

Clear liquids typically means anything you can see through... Crystal Light, Powerade Zero, jello, chicken broth... all of that is okay on clear liquids.

Congrats! I'm in the same boat! Monday I'm getting sleeved too! and will also be on clear liquids too! Ugh! Here we go! :) So so so nervous & excited and just a ball of emotions! We can do this!!!!!!!!

Good Luck to you! Good Luck to all of you who are having your sleeve done this week or even in May! I have mine done on May 21st, 2012 and I am very nervous! Hang in there everyone and we will all meet on the otherside! Woohoo! Tomorrow I start on Pre-op diet! Wish me Luck! LOL

Woo hoo!!! I'm so excited for you!!! You've nailed the clear liquids in your post. No protein at all so the clear Absopure drinks do not count as clear liquid. I was bummed on that but then I tasted them and didn't like them anyway. Lol
