 I was told...
Multi vit
Vit C
iron
Vit D
Vit E
Vit B12
B Complex
Calcium

But after my month appt., I was told to take a Multi vitamin. And I could stop the rest of them. Because I was able to absorbe vitamins in my food. Every doc is different. But I still take all of them until I run out.
