 heyy guys,

.Ive lost 85 pounds and already have pretty bad arms and thighs and im starting to notice my stomach too.Ive heard alot of different sides to the skin issue.  Im just wondering if exercising actually helps. i would really appreciate hearing about your experiences. thank you in advance for your help =)

Exercise helps develop muscles for your skin to drape over so it looks better.  It won't shrink your skin.  How your skin rebounds depends on your age, how long you've been obese, and genetics.
