chicken
You're going to run across products and / or preparations that just you just can't handle for awhile. Chicken happens to be one, that for many folks, seem to cause some problems. Early on, for me, beef was easier than chicken for some reason. So just lay off that, use the canned chicken and retry a little later.

I don't really have a problem with chicken. I usually have 3 ounces once or twice a day. I make it in many different ways. Lately I have been doing a lot of diceing and stir frying with different zero or low calorie marinades to add flavor. Like Dogggz grilled chicken is the most filling for me. It took months afterward for me to be able to eat a few bites of veggies after a grilled chicken in a restaurant. If I don't eat any veggies I can eat about 4 ounces of grilled chicken.
