shoppping list staples ??

I'm making my shopping list for the week.  I'm also trying to change things up a bit.  I really would love to know what all of you put on your list or can NOT live without.
I really have been in a food funk...so I need new ideas....

I always have babybels, yogurt, sugar free flavoring for my water and sugar free candy in case I get a sweet tooth. Lately I've been making ceviche with pre made salsa and crab meat so those have been on my list also. I hope others post so I can get some ideas too.
