Carbs
You should always keep track of your carbs. It is really important. Looks like you did pretty good today but it would be better to keep them below 40. Good job, though.

What did your nut or surgeon say about carbs?
The protein looks great! Postop, many of us try to stay under 40 grams of carbs a day, but I can see where this is much more difficult when you're preop. I would check with your dr to see what their guidelines are for carbs at this stage.
I have a silly question... you may have posted this in another thread somewhere, but did your dr tell you to go on clears this early? Based on your info under your avatar, you still have about two weeks to go before surgery. I know each dr has their own requirements for preop diets, but I've never heard of clears for two weeks preop before. Just curious.

I will say this much, then: the fewer carbs you allow yourself right now, the less you will crave them for the majority of those 15 days. It's going to get tough around day three or so, but if you push through and don't give in, it really will get easier. Your body will be detoxing out the carbs from before the clear diet, so when those craving**** just remind yourself that it will pass and that this is temporary.
The good news is that clears immediately post op will probably seem much easier after doing this for two weeks preop.
