Took my 19 year old daughter shopping in Dallas and ate lunch at cheese cake factory. Lunch was great . We shared her meal of salmon and asparagus ( mashed potatoes too but I did not have any ). It had plenty and was so satisfied. Not tempted at all by the cheesecake. Shopping! Everything I tried on fit! Rocking a size 12! Even bought something at Forvever 21. 7 weeks out Monday.

I cannot wait to have that feeling of eating just enough and not being hungry & on top of that lose and fit into great clothes. It seems to make it all worth while. You are doing great. Forever 21, has been a place I have dreamed of shopping at forever! WTG!
