One Year with Picture! Late!!
OK, I chose to put my now picture next to a picture of me at my highest weight (293), which was about 20 pounds more than where I was when I started this journey in 2011.
I want to write a really long post, but I have been slammed at work and I just want to say YOU CAN DO IT. Don't get discouraged, this is a marathon, not a sprint, and a lifelong change. And I mean that in the best way possible. I was 166.6 this morning. My goal is 160 and then we'll see what happens.
