3 months out Tuesday
41 lbs down, 44 inches from neck, chest, waist, hips, thighs and calves. Diabetes gone. Snoring gone. Wearing size 10. I love to cook and still enjoy making healthy new recipes. I know I'm still at the beginning of this journey. No regrets! Maintenance was always the part where I failed at weight loss. I know that I have the tool and better eating habits to make this a life style change. I feel so good in my own skin. My goal is 145lbs. I'm 5 ft 4in. My doctor goal is a range 164-155. Is 145 realistic or is it to high?
Congrats on the loss so far. I'm 5'3" and my surgeon goal was 151-161 I'm going to push for healthy BMI which is 141 top range.
I believe anything is possible if we follow the rules of food and exercise. But I also want to be realistic about my body. I can't remember the last time I weighed in the 160s let alone 140s Interested to hear what ppl farther out will have to say about their goal vs surgeons goal and if their goals changed as they progressed.
