Help I am discouraged.

My surgery was 4 years ago.  I did very good and lost 150 within a year and a half.  Then 2 and a half years ago I got pregnant.  So I had to eat every 2 hrs, then continued after since I was nursing.  I gained some of the weight back.  I want to eat all the time.  Any ideas how to get back on track.  I want to lose it.

Congrats on the baby!

I think getting back to basics may help you - it will be hard at first, but you will be retraining your body.  Get back on your old eating schedule - for me it's a meal every 3-4 hours.  Start with dense protein, veggies every meal.  Limit carbs.  If you absolutely must have a snack, make sure it is a super healthy one!  One other thing - acid reflux can mimic hunger, so make sure that is under control - take a PPI if needed.

You can do this!

I would say go back to basics. Take 4 to 6 weeks and do the same thing you did pre and post op and then get back on track. I don't think phsically much will happend but mentally/emotionally it may set you back on track.
