Question about Yogurt

I can also eat 6 ozs of yogurt in a sitting.  If you're not there, don't force it.  You'll probably throw it up rather than pushing the staples.  Either way I can't imagine it's pleasant.

There's a saying here: Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

You're allowed that much -great! BUT - if that amount feels uncomfortable, don't fini**** One of the things you'll learn is to either serve yourself less or throw away excess. Your body is no longer a garbage can.

Yogurt is commonly part of the "full fluids" stage of refeeding because it's easy to digest with minimal work from your sleeve, but it doesn't count as part of your required 64oz of fluids.

About your staple line. It's a lot tougher than you think and won't be damaged if you swallow an extra spoonful of yogurt. What WILL happen if you eat more than your sleeve wants is you'll either have "the miseries" (pain and general "what did I do to myself?") or you'll throw up. Neither one is much fun.
