Three month post-op appt :)

My last post-op appt was kind of a bummer as the doc told me I was 4-5 pounds behind where he'd like me to be.  Today, though, I was 6-7 pounds ahead and at 55% EWL.  I feel really awesome about my results so far, and I'm confident I'll get where I want to be.  He's a very reserved doc, but I managed to get a "good job" out of him.  Happy dance for me!  He wants to see me lose 20 pounds in the next 6 weeks.  I'm going to work my butt off to get there, but I will not be disappointed if I fall short.  I have a cruise in February, but I'm committed to my weight loss.  Hubs is super proud of me too :)  It's been such a great journey so far. 

I think you have done great.  20 pounds in the next 6 weeks?  That might be a little hard to accomplish but if you aim for it, hopefully you will hit it or come close.  Congrats on your SV so far!!!

Oh, I know!  I like numbers, so it's just a goal.  I think it will help me keep on track, but I won't go crazy if I can't do it.  :)
