Sashimi?

I still have 3 more weeks of purees before finally moving on to soft foods so am starting to fantasize about what's ahead. Any luck (good or bad) with sashimi?

I eat sashimi and edamame once a week. I have been eating it since I got to solid foods. I pretty much just eat salmon because it is healthiest for you.

I started eating sashimi in the soft food phase and still consider it to be the perfect food for us WLS types . Totally yummy, super digestible, very protein and incredibly low calorie. What could be better than that???? Enjoy!

I agree, love sashimi!! I also had it during soft foods without issue. Just chew, chew, chew!
