awww...my first stall

Feeling pretty zen about the whole thing...reading about others experiences has helped with that. Thanks to all of you who share your experiences, it helps keep thus noob sane...

Stalls are very common.  No idea what causes them early on.  They always pass. 

I'm almost a year out and the last couple of months the weight loss has slowed, but still dropping.  I know the reason that it has slowed is mostly my fault (too little exercise and too much grazing instead of eating meals, not enough liquids).

The great thing is that I now know what I need to do to change and have lost a couple of lbs in the last couple of weeks.  This surgery has taught me so much.

I too had a stall this last week, but today I finally broke through it! You will zip right past that stall before you know it
