fixed with a bit of EVOO and seasoned with cracked black pepper and sea salt

Only managed about 1/4 of a filet and I could definitely feel the restriction.

So, so, sooooo good...

Sounds great I may have to give it a try. Being from the south the only way I have ever eaten fish has been fried or stuffed and fried.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!

The olive oil really helped to keep it moist and the fish took the seasonings so, so well.

I'm taking some for lunch tomorrow, it was that good...

I'm PREOP but that's what I had for dinner too!  I buy a bag of the filets that are individually sealed so you take out and thaw only as many as you need.  Cooked it the same way but also with a bit of basil.  Hubby even loved it and he complains when fish isn't fried :). It's very love cal and high protein too.

I'm also loving the Talpia too! It's so yummy and goes down very easy too ;)
