I was hoping for more weight loss but this is a good start. I am starting to eat regular foods. I notice that I can eat more than I could. Surely not nearly as much as I used to but I can eat more than two bites like when I first for sleeved. Anyone else eating more?? I have been doing really good although I have had a few slips..nothing too serious though

You are doing great, that is a great loss! Eating more becomes easier as your sleeve heals. It is so swollen in the beginning that is why you could only do two bites. I am 4.5 months post op and still measure everything out, make sure you do, that is important. Just because you can eat more doesn't mean you should. I still don't have the "full" sensation completely so I eat by measurement to make sure I am not over eating.

Thank you!!! I try to measure..I eat more but still not alot..I don't think I eat enough actually..I never have an appetite..I eat like once a day

eating once a day is not anywhere near "doing good". Why have you tricked yourself into thinking that? I like many others didnt have an appetite, and sometimes still do not. I set my phone alarm for three meals and snacks and ate them every day. it's not about being hungry, it's about following thr right plan to be healthy. How do you get enough vitamins and protein in one meal a day? That's just messed up.
