Encouragement! You can do this!

I haven't been on here in a few months but I just wanted to come on and say that this was the best thing I've ever done. I had VSG on September 20, 2011. I was a size 28 at 299lbs when I began this journey and I've been at 135 lbs wearing a size 4 for about 8 months now. I followed all the rules. It was a lot of hard work exercising and eating right but I did it and you can too. Don't get discouraged. Remember to take it one day at a time.
