help and suggestions

So about 2 weeks ago after I had gained a whopping 14 lbs, I decided to buckle down and get it off and to my goal. The 14 I gained flew off in around 8 days. Now it has taken me an entire week to lose 2 more!!! Any ideas on how to jump start this? I am only 23 lbs to goal!!!

If you have lost 16 pounds in 10 days, what else can you do? That is an amazing loss. I say for you to keep doing what you have been doing and give your body a pat on the back for loosing that much. Give it time to adjust and it will keep coming off

It comes off more slowly, the closer one gets to goal. Eat very clean, weigh and track your food, and change up your exercise routine. Weight training would also help, along with cardio.

Have you considered doing intermittent fasting? About once a week I fast from noon to noon. So I eat my breakfast and lunch on one day and I don't eat again until lunch the next day. You can do this once or twice a week and really have a decent deficit calorie wise, plus it gives your body a break. It has helped keep me from stalling too.

Thanks all! I know I have to keep my nose clean, and so far so good! Just frustrating to lose so fast and then move like a turtle! Lol.
