A little over 5 months post op, 89 lbs down (my tracker isn't updating for some reason...)

I CRINGE at this photo. It was just a quick 'Hey, I need a before shot" and it was in the middle of me packing up and moving so I was not looking my best.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
