Running was a bit different today...

You may recall a couple of days ago I posted about being laughed at while running...well, today I went back to the scene of the crime and did a personal best run.

I won't lie...I was on the look out for the jackwad that laughed but I didn't see him and I can honestly say once I got into my zone, Bozo the Clown could have honked his nose in my face and I wouldn't have paid a bit of attention!

I'm moving closer to my 5K goal and I want to thank you all for your kind words, support, and well wishes! We are an AMAZING group and everyday I am thankful for my sleeve and all of the great people and experiences it has led me to.

Go on girl!! So proud of you! You're inspiring me to want to run....I too missed your original post but I can't stand people who laugh at those of us who are trying for a healthier lifestyle. I would have kicked his tookas if I was there. Stay in that zone and be gone sister!! You got this!!
