June 24, 2013.

I am feeling so many things including sad over the future loss of my bulk. Don't get me wrong I am glad to do this and know so many positive things are in my future, however I feel almost like I am loosing a part of myself that I identify as me. Anyone else ever feel this way?

Congrats on your date, right around the corner!

Being a "big girl" is definitely an identifier, especially if you've always been the biggest of a group. Some people will treat you differently once this isn't the case anymore. I feel like I'm rediscovering myself all over again, it's a little weird, but the pros outweigh the cons a million to one!

CONGRATS !!!

Try to think of all the positives of after you have your surgery! Its understandable to feel a loss. With me its more of a scare, just because i am comfortable how i am now. Its a scare of not knowing how i will look after surgery.

But hang in there and think of all the positive things that come along with WLS.

Wow only 2 days apart! We will absolutely need to keep and touch and encourage each other. I am excited about everything ahead of me and living my life instead of just existing in it.
