What's done is done, not worth beating yourself up about it. I will say that you should be using this time to strengthen your resolve to be successful with your surgery, not looking for ways to get around it/act like the diet instructions don't count. They do and they're there for a reason! Cheating post op can cause physical damage to your new sleeve. Time to get your head in the game for good! You can do this!

That "last meal syndrome" is a tough one to avoid. I doubt that since you've come this far your surgeon will make you wait.
But that being said...have you started logging your food (MyFitnessPal is good)? Try logging what you ate this weekend (and be honest) and see what you did. Having those numbers in front of me really gave me an incentive to work the plan!
