Eating to fast...
Never had that happen. I sometimes sneeze and definitely burp/hiccup. For me bloating tends to come from what I ate, amount of salt, wheat, amount of water I've had...nothing to do with speed.
Currently 180 - 76 lbs lost! Surgery 11/7/12, 36 years old, 5'8". I live in Hong Kong and it's a bit different here!
