Yummy recipe

I just made this and love it so I thought I'd share it with y'all.

Ingredients:

1/2 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 tbs pumpkin puree

1-2 packets of truvia or whatever sweetner you prefer (or non if you don't)

 

Blend all ingredients, pour in glass, add a few ice cubes and enjoy!

Nutritional info is approximate bc I use so little pumpkin from the can it wasn't significant enough to to try figure it out but you can if you are that worried about it lol

 

Calories: 80

Fat: 1.5

Carbs: 5.5

Protein: 12

I make something similar'  1/2 cup low fat or fat free ricotta, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, artificial sweetener, pumpkin pie spice

Anne, is yours drinkable or something thick to eat with a spoon? I love pumpkin so both of these look great. But ricotta is one of my faves so that looks yummy.
