This is a really old WW recipe for Teriyaki Chicken - I just guess the measurements, I lost the recipe and just remember the ingredients because it is so easy.

1 Can pineapple chunks/rings in juice

low sodium soy sauce or teriyaki sauce   (1/4 c maybe)

ground ginger  (1 tsp )

green or red pepper rings (one pepper)

garlic ( I used dried chopped garlic and added about a Tbs)

I put the pineapple & juice in a gallon baggie and add the soy sauce, ginger, garlic and peppers.  I kind of mixed everything up and added the chicken breasts (they were so huge that most of them I cut in half).

Left it in the frig over night.

Put the chicken in a large baking that I sprayed with Pam, added maybe a cup of the marinade, some of the pineapple & peppers and baked it covered at 400 for 1/2 hour and then checked it to see if it was done.  It was and it's yummy!
