Exercise NSV, Thx Keith!
I've been working out with a trainer & taking a HIIT conditioning class. Parts of it are like insanity, when I first started back in July I could decide if I was going to pass out our puke! Lol. Now I'm addicted! This week I decided to try pushing myself harder & tried some of the moves that I've not been able to do. To my shock I was able to compete all the exercises even the jumping jacks & stuff that before would have hurt me! :-) I was so excited, it really showed me how far I've come and that even if I can only do a few it's ok It will get better!
Shout out: Thnx Keith for all your exercise posts, they really help keep me motivated & I've incorporated some of those workouts kudos to you!!

Great job! It can be daunting when we push ourselves past the old limits that are locked in our heads from previous times.
Keith is indeed an awesome motivator. :)
So glad to hear that! Congrats to you and you are proof of what I have been saying. Even if you can't do them all you will be able to some day. Give it a try and try to improve every day. 6 months ago I couldn't do most of what I can do today and there are things that I am trying to do to improve even more. Its a process and there are always more challenges ahead.
My new challenges are pullups. I didn't think I could do any at all but I discovered last week that I can 4 close grip pullups. My goal is 10 wide grips before the end of the year.
