From a BMI of 51.65 down to a BMI of
31.85 in 7 months & 3 weeks. I'll take it!!! Down 130.3 lbs. so far, I'll take that too. LOL
I still want to lose 29-35 more pounds which will put my BMI # right at about a 25-26 which is still considered overweight but I'll be perfectly content with that. The BEST part about all of this is that God has blessed my skin, my arms have snapped back & they look amazing. That was my biggest concern about this surgery. I did not want hanging skin & boy oh boy have I been blessed. I'm sure the fact that I'm only 32 has something to do with it. Whatever the reasoning, it is A OKAY with me. I just recently started seeing myself in the mirror without my fat suit on. It took awhile but every day I become a little more comfortable with the way I look & feel. This whole journey has been a wild ride but it's the type of ride that I'd stand in a 4 hour line for and ride it again & again.
Get in line & buckle up newbies- you're in for one hell of a ride!!! God Luck & God Bless....
