Hey has anyone like gone off on a binder...well I did yesterday I don't know why but for some reason when I eat 1 slice of bread (100% whole wheat) be it on a sandwich or breakfast I am so hungry for the rest of the day is that normal....I had a egg salad sandwich yesterday for lunch and from there it was like I couldn't get enough to eat....the carb monster is he that powerful...back on track this morning...thank goodness I didn't gain anything...no more bread for me...

Yep. I found myself doing the "stand in front of the open fridge" routine last night. I was shocked!

I tried to eat a slice of toast (which I LOVE) when I was just a few weeks post-op....immediately threw it up.  Haven't tried a slice of bread since and absolutely won't while I'm in weight-loss phase.  If I have room for extra food or carb I just stick to some veggies. 

I'm a carboholic...I'm sure I'd be in the same boat as you if I started eating bread on a regular basis.

A small piece of bread does not do it to me, but popcorn and some other carbs do. Beware, sometimes a Quest bar will do that to me. It is good you know this now. These are the times when we learn most about ourselves. Use that info to your benefit.
