Yeah, mine told me to stop too, but didn't give me a good reason, and when my ankles started swelling up again, stupid me, I started the diuretics again!  Now I know!

like everyone has said, it is normal. I still have a day or 2 that I feel wiped out. so I rest for a little while when I get home from work. When I feel shakey I know I have to eat something. Hang in there it does get better.

You might try starting with the yogurt for breakfast as it has some carbs in it along with its protein - and carbs are energy; then have the protein shake mid morning. When we are eating so little, small changes, even if it's just timing, can make a big difference in how we feel and function.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I will switch things around and have the yogart first and see how that works.

I would have the yogart or cottage cheese in the am if you can tolerate it.  I have found that even 8 month out the premier protin makes me a little icky after I drink the whole thing and I drink them slow.
