Help...advice needed

After being told by one person at the insurance company that I didn't need a 6 month diet on record, another phone call to day to check on a few things tells me...yes the 6 month diet is required.  The good news is that weigh****chers works for them but how do I get my records from Weigh****chers.  I am sure I have pitched that stuff...is there any hope or am I going to be putting this off for the next 6 months.

How long ago was weigh****chers?  Did you do it online?

Not online, at a meeting, within the last 4 years

I would probably reach out to (WW) and explain what it is that you would need. Possibly a copy of your file from the time you were a client there. Ask if you can pick the information up from them sometime. I hope this process does not prolong your surgery, however I don't think it should be a problem.

I would think that you could explain your situation the next time you go to a meeting and they can print out what you need. There's no way you're the first person who has needed documentation from them.

A copy of the card that they put your weight on each week should do. When I got approved fort he RNY years ago that's what I used and the insurance took it...
