Anyone besides me think we're kind of like vampires?

The comparison being that everyone seems so scared up front before becoming one (i.e. pre-surgery).

Then afterwards we're all like, "this is the greatest thing ever" and "everyone should join us" and so on.

Maybe it's just me but this seems like the plot behind a lot of vampire movies.

LOL, I see your point. I have always thought of myself as a carnivore, like a T-Rex.
Now if we could just have the life expectancy of a vampire, lol.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!

Haha!  I've thought the same thing :) I even catch myself explaining the way I eat to people much in a similar manner to the way vampires explain how they eat... "my body needs" this and "I do best with" that... lol!  Great minds think alike.

Happy almost Halloween. Funny but your point is so true.  I can't walk by a heavy person without secretly wanting to give them my doctor's card.  I don't do it, but I really want to every single time.

Add to that the "contemporary" vampire cannon that one becomes more beautiful and their abilities are heightened when they become one... You may be onto something! ;)
