40 jumping jacks...30sec.plank...20 squats...10 push-ups ...posted in August..
You tried it out and only burned 35 cal...but my thought was 3-4 reps...
Gonna implement during my day..seems easy to add during the day except for the dreaded push ups..but any practice will help me get better, cause I really suck at push-ups!! LOL! On the upside I ROCK the plank now, can do about a minute
