IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!
Hello Sleevers,
It's been a little while since I posted but tomorrow is my birthday and I will be 51 years young! I am so happy that I have made it this far in my life. Especially since my surgery I'm getting fit and feeling good. I am looking for an personal trainer because I so need structure in my workout and someone to keep my accountable until I can do it myself. I also signed up for swimming lessons. I have started a new relationship and life is good.
My previous relationship I was in ended sadly due to my weight loss but it was doomed even before my surgery he was very insecure and I couldn't make him better that was his job not mine so we parted ways. Then someone from my past who has always been there but we never quiet got it together we are now dating and so far so good. The best thing is that he supports my weight loss. He doesn't ask if I'm going to leave him every 5 minutes what a refreshing change in my life.
Well, I'm just loving life!! And I'm still losing weight slowly now but going down I'm sure I will speed up when I get into my workout plan because I haven't done any serious workouts. So have a good day all and I will keep you posted on my workout journey.
