Ihad RNY and MIL going to go get sleeve if she can

My mil has a BMI of 44, sleep apnea, and high cholesterol. She can barely walk.  I know she qualifies for surgery and she chose the sleeve since she doesn't have diabetes. She is 70. Is there any reason the RNY would be better for her?

no even with diabetes the sleeve works great , and is safer than the rny
