one month out and weight loss stopped

I seem to have hit a wall and I'm wondering if it's normal to stall for a few days. I've lost about 30lbs since surgery but haven't lost any weight in the past week. I'm still on mushy food, measuring what I eat, drinking 60-80 oz of water a day.

It's normal and fairly common at the point you're at.  Check the forum history, 100's of similar posts round your point in the timeline.

Completely normal. Protein at 60-80g a day, carbs 20-40g a day, fluids 64oz+ a day and walk when you can. Your body is adjusting to a new normal. All is well. Carry on!

:D Yes-actually asked for the stomach in a jar but it would be a bio hazard. Doc was happy to take the pic though.

I hit my first stall at 4 weeks. I know it makes you want to break things, but it's totally normal. Mine lasted almost 2 weeks, then right back to losing! Stay strong, and good luck!

I'm six weeks out.  I hit my plateau at 3 weeks - and it lasted for 3 weeks!  Today is the first day I dropped below 215 (214.8).  It's only 2/10 of a pound, but it feels great!  Let your body take the time it needs to adjust, and just keep on keepin' on.  You'll get through it!  :)
