HOLY S@&T!!! STALL BROKEN AFTER 5 MONTHS!!!!!!!
Good post and happy you found out why you stalled but I don't see it as a stall! I see it that you were practicing maintenance and it worked...you maintained for 5 whole months while your body was transforming itself inside.
I, too, am 10 lbs to goal but the next 10 is for cushioning if I gain any wt during maintenance. I am like you, boney so don't know what I will look like 10 lbs from now. My age (71) should dictate where I should stop.

A typical day for me goes like this...
B: lite and fit Greek yogurt 12 pro...80 cal
S: protein tea 24 pro...110 cal
L: 4 oz deli meat usually ham or turkey 20 pro...120 cal
D: 4oz of protein usually chicken,fish or pork and if room 1/2 cup of veg or salad...around 24 pro.. 175-200 cal
S: protein tea 1/2 scoop protein....12 pro....55 cal..sometimes I use a full scoop if I feel I need it.
to bring it up to 650 I'd ad another high protein low cal snack such as yogurt or a hard boiled egg
also I drink a gallon of water a day...very important to drink water the more the better, it flushes the system.
