just wondering how they are with giving approvals for the sleeve...

I think it really depends on how your company's policy is written.  I got approved in a few days when I had mine 3 years ago.  Things changed between then and last year.  Hubby was denied/appealed/denied twice (their max) and he ended up paying for it himself.  I think those with a higher BMI/comorbidities stand a better chance at getting an approval. They said hubby's BMI wasn't high enough even w/comorbidities - his was just under 40.  Mine was about 43 if I remember correctly.

it really depends on whether you employer has bought the rider that covers weight loss surgery. Are you sure your policy even covers it? 

United health care covers the sleeve,but only if you employer has bought the coverage.

I got approved in 4days w/o comorbities my bmi is 49 & no requirements or 6month waiting.
