Just wanted to share my excitement
Even though I am waiting for my WLS approval, I still consider myself on the losers bench, lol. I realize that I have to start now with eating healthy and exercising in order for things to work after the WLS. I am still addicted to fry bread, which I am working on.
I wanted to share my NSV today. I don't use a scale but I have a belt test that I do. I have five holes in my belt. At my heaviest, I had to use to very first hole. Now, I have to create a sixth hole. Isn't that awesome? I am so proud of myself. So, I am hoping by the time I get surgery I can be in the 200's.
Thanks for listening!
I think that's a great attitude. Every pound you lose pre-op means fewer you'll need to lose post-op :D Congrats on your belt victory!
And I think I'm happy that I don't know what fry bread is, since I think I'd be addicted to it as well.
