Click on the uppper right hand corner where you see your username. Go into settings, and click on avatar. From there you can upload a pic. Hope that helps.

Mine says my picture is to big, I don't know how. Even if I shrink it :/
I have mine set to 89x100, and it worked fine. Not quite sure what the max size for pics can be.
Hi: I found that if you use Firefox it' easy to work with pics, don't know why, but it worked for me.
